Terms of Service

You agree to use Gistify exclusively for legitimate software development, educational, and snippet sharing purposes. You agree NOT to upload, execute, or distribute: • Malicious software, ransomware, keyloggers, or phishing payloads; • Leaked API keys, database credentials, credit card details, or stolen secrets; • Content that infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets; • Automated spam or denial-of-service attack scripts targeting external systems.

You retain full intellectual property rights to the original code you publish. By marking a snippet as "Public", you grant other users a worldwide, non-exclusive license to view, fork, and reference your code. Secret and unlisted snippets remain private to you and anyone you explicitly share the link or password with.

We reserve the right to remove any snippet, comment, or terminate user access without prior notice if we detect violations of these terms, illegal activities, or security risks to the community.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. PasteUrCode is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or issues resulting from the execution of third-party community code.
